Strong Interest Inventory
Another assessment that I use with my coaching clients is the Strong Interest Inventory®. The Strong is an ideal for individuals who are in transition as well as those who are trying to determine a particular direction – whether it pertains to selecting a career or determining a college major.
In conjunction with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, The Strong assessment can provide individuals with important insights as well as targeted resources for ways to research further potential career choices, areas of academic study and avocation.
