The FIRO-B® is designed to help individuals, teams and leaders improve performance via insights regarding interpersonal needs and behavior.
The FIRO-B® measures interpersonal needs in three main areas: inclusion, control and affection. In addition, the assessment slices the data by looking at an individual’s expressed and wanted needs for each of these (inclusion, control and affection).
When coupled with the MBTI,® the FIRO-B® provides a great framework and foundation for clients to help them understand their preferences and how they are manifested as leaders and members of teams.
